What We Do
Initial Property Setup & Onboarding
After the initial property visit we will provide you with a projection of the rental income you could expect to make and list the items required to get your property into a guest-ready state. Once ready, we will arrange professional photography, inventory and key handover.
Marketing on 200+ Platforms
We advertise on all major booking platforms (including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Trip Advisor, HomeAway & Agoda) and online travel agents as well as our own Agent Zone that allows film production companies, event organizers and corporate travel agents to book directly with us.
Intelligent Real-Time Pricing
Intelligent real-time pricing; Our automated pricing algorithm adjusts prices on a daily basis based on past booking performance and an analysis of market data. It is a market-finding algorithm which also adjusts for local & regional events. This ensures that we are adapting in real time to market forces and means that we are always achieving the maximum price that the market is prepared to pay.
Our guest experience team is available 24/7 to assist with guest messages or emergencies, respond to inquiries as well as arranging services for guests (additional cleans, baby sitters, cots/high chairs, tours etc.).
Our concierge team does in-person check-ins to ensure that guests feel welcome, understand all the features of the property and provide advice on activities, restaurants and tours in the area. Concierges use our mobile app to complete pre-checks, scan keys to guests and report any issues.
Dedicated Property Manager
Our property management team is the primary point of contact for property owners. Your property manager is also responsible for coordinating maintenance and maximizing booking performance.
Our in-house cleaning team utilizes our mobile app to complete cleaning checklists as well as cleaning spot checks. These checklists are synced in real-time, which allows our cleaning supervisors and operations managers to check that our standards are being adhered both remotely and on site.
Our operations team is responsible for ensuring that all the on-the-ground parts of our service run like clockwork (cleaning, check-ins, key management etc.). Our automated cleaning schedule generator makes use of machine learning algorithms to calculate the most efficient cleaning schedule possible.
Our maintenance team performs basic maintenance and assesses work done by our network of external suppliers. They are also on-call should an emergency arise.
Linen & Amenities
We provide hotel quality linen and amenities to each guest.
Our Client Zone provides property owners and buildings with a real-time view of booking performance across all platforms, guest information (check-ins, check-outs etc.), expenses as well as all past statements.
In-house built system that manages every aspect of the business from automatically generating optimal cleaning schedules to synchronizing rates and availability across all major booking platforms. Used every day by our team to make sure that everything runs like clockwork.
